New puppy owners have a significant impact on how each puppy will grow to their full potential.  Dogs are not disposable!  If you think you may not keep a puppy from me for life and properly raise him or her as a good family companion, do not waste your time or my time.

Puppies are babies and while no one can ultimately say with absolute certainty a puppy will be this or that we do try to evaluate our puppies as they present themselves while so young.  That said, we evaluate our puppies for type, temperament, and soundness.  Placement of a puppy in a new home is dependent on the home and the puppy's needs.  We try to match according to playfulness, social willingness, sound sensitivity, dominance level, and intelligence.  We also evaluate structure, movement, and color qualities.  Each puppy is evaluated on conformation show potential basis.  Only those most closely matching the American standard for a Great Dane are deemed "show potential" when competing in the USA.
